Director of Revenue Management – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel’s revenue strategy and maximize profitability across all market segments. This leadership role is responsible for driving pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution strategies that support the continued success of one of the Philippines’ premier luxury hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies that maximize profitability, occupancy, and market share.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution optimization across all channels.
• Provide strategic insights based on market intelligence, booking trends and competitive analysis.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in Revenue Management within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills with ability to translate data into business strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• Open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.
