Director of Revenue Management – Hotel

About the role

The Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking a commercially driven Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel’s revenue strategy. You will shape pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution to maximize profitability, occupancy and market share across all segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies that drive profitability and market share.
• Manage pricing, forecasting, inventory allocation and distribution channels.
• Analyse market intelligence, booking trends and competitive data to provide strategic insights.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and support commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Advanced analytical and numerical abilities to translate data into business strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines (local candidate or passport holder).

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue management systems.
• Experience using forecasting tools.
• Knowledge of hotel distribution platforms.
