Director of Quality

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Director of Quality to lead its regional quality program and ensure a frictionless operational environment for its clients. The role focuses on building and executing strategies that improve performance, reduce errors, and enhance the overall customer experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the transactional quality program for the assigned account or region.
• Manage a centralized global team to meet monthly contractual audit compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with global quality directors to shape TaskUs’s overall quality strategy.
• Partner with site operation leaders, client services, and other internal/external teams to align on and execute the customer experience strategy.
• Ensure consistent delivery of client and internal KPIs, including accuracy and CSAT targets.
• Lead strategic initiatives and tactical actions that support operations teams in exceeding quality metrics.
• Operationalize best practices and introduce next‑generation practices across sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within a BPO or outsourced services environment.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing quality programs that drive measurable improvements.
• Ability to lead and motivate a global, cross‑functional team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
