Director of Quality – Global Operations

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve its Quality Program across regions and accounts. The Director of Quality will shape strategy, drive performance improvements, and ensure a friction‑free operational environment for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve the transactional quality program for assigned accounts/regions.
• Lead a centralized global team to satisfy monthly contractual audit and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with global quality directors to align on TaskUs‑wide quality strategy.
• Partner with site operation leaders, client services and other internal/external stakeholders to execute the customer‑experience roadmap.
• Monitor and deliver client and internal KPIs, including Accuracy and CSAT targets.
• Lead strategic initiatives and tactical actions that support operational teams in exceeding quality benchmarks.
• Operationalize best practices and introduce next‑generation quality methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading quality programs within a BPO or outsourced services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategies that improve performance and reduce errors across multiple channels.
• Strong track record of managing global, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a client‑centric mindset.
