Director of Operations

About the role

The Director of Operations will lead day-to-day business activities for Aleph Talent Solutions in Metro Cebu. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that operational processes, teams and systems run efficiently and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and continuously improve operational workflows across hiring, HR service delivery and client‑facing functions.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate insights and drive data‑based improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to support hiring ramps and ensure compliance with HR and workforce regulations.
• Manage the operations budget, control costs and allocate resources to meet business targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, resolve operational issues and promote a high‑performance, service‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• Strong operations management background with experience in process optimization and performance tracking.
• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret data and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Proven team‑leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Budgeting expertise and a customer‑service mindset for internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in HR, recruitment operations or workforce solutions is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
