Director of Network Management

About the role

The Director, Network Management will lead the growth, optimization and commercialization of Mastercard’s receiving network across the Southeast Asia region. The role focuses on expanding payout capabilities, strengthening relationships with receiving service providers, banks and payment partners, and ensuring best‑in‑class coverage, pricing, speed and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional network commercialization strategies for key remittance corridors.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and onboard new Receiving Service Providers, banks, fintechs, wallet providers and payment institutions.
• Expand payout coverage across bank account deposit, mobile wallet and push‑to‑card solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of network expansion opportunities and drive activation to increase transaction volume and revenue.
• Own strategic relationships with existing partners, conduct regular business reviews and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Serve as primary escalation point for strategic partner issues and collaborate to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Work with banks, issuers and payment partners to activate push‑to‑card capabilities and expand card‑based payout solutions.
• Support commercialization of innovative payout solutions that enhance speed, convenience and reach.
