Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic strategist to lead the implementation of its accelerated learning framework across diverse school environments. This remote, high‑impact position will shape curriculum design, data‑driven assessment, and public advocacy for evidence‑based education.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and translate learning‑science principles into actionable academic frameworks for curriculum, motivation systems, and technology applications.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and classroom observations into ecosystem assessments that pinpoint obstacles and prescribe concrete interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback loops, and milestone monitoring.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile forums, including keynote presentations and discussions with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading academic strategy and delivering evidence‑based results at scale.
• Deep expertise in learning science and experience converting research into operational practice.
• Strong public speaking and advocacy skills, capable of influencing education policy and stakeholder perception.
• Ability to mentor elite teams and drive performance across multiple school sites.
