Director of Finance

About the role

We are looking for a senior finance professional to become the analytical engine behind our fractional CFOs. Working 100% remotely, you will own FP&A execution, financial modeling, and KPI infrastructure for a portfolio of high‑growth consumer and retail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic 1‑, 3‑, and 5‑year three‑statement financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Drive rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards across multiple client engagements.
• Prepare board‑ready materials, investor decks, and strategic planning reports.
• Partner with internal accounting and controllership teams to ensure data integrity and accurate close processes.
• Act as the primary analytical partner to client CFOs, stepping into meetings independently when required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build clean, auditable financial models comparable to investment‑banker standards.
• Strong commercial judgment and comfort presenting insights to founders, operators, and senior executives.
• Experience thriving in lean, high‑performance environments where outcomes matter.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex numbers into clear business decisions.

Required skills

• Financial modeling (three‑statement, scenario analysis, sensitivity tables).
