Director of Demand Generation

About the role

Advantage HQ is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to design and own a unified B2B demand generation engine. Reporting to the Founder and VP of Sales, you will shape the strategy that turns inbound interest into qualified revenue opportunities for the company’s creator‑led growth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand generation plan, defining target segments, buyer personas and channel mix.
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with the brands the company aims to acquire.
• Transform the CRM into a revenue engine by segmenting the database, creating tailored nurture journeys for new leads, dormant prospects, lost opportunities and high‑value accounts.
• Analyze campaign performance, landing pages, qualification flows and lead routing to improve inbound quality and conversion rates.
• Build a content and case‑study engine that leverages proprietary data, client results and founder expertise to support sales conversations.
• Identify and discontinue campaigns that generate superficial metrics without delivering revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and scaling B2B demand generation programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing tactics.
• Track record of collaborating closely with sales teams to align on target accounts and revenue goals.
• Comfort with managing complex CRM workflows and multi‑channel nurture programs.
