About the role
Vikings Group is seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Dining Manager to lead daily operations at its luxury buffet restaurant in Pasay. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the high service standards the brand is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all dining floor activities, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and schedule dining staff to uphold quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest inquiries promptly.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce standards.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support overall service excellence across the restaurant.
Required profile
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dining Manager, Shift Manager, or in a comparable supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing day‑to‑day restaurant or store operations.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Willingness to be assigned in Parañaque and able to start as soon as possible.
