Digital Platform Fraud Management Associate

About the role

The Digital Platform Fraud Management Associate supports Unibank’s payment ecosystem by handling disputed transactions, investigating potential fraud, and ensuring compliance with MasterCard, VISA, and BancNet regulations. The role involves close interaction with internal teams, external banks, and merchants to resolve disputes promptly and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Process chargebacks, representments, retrieval requests, and fee collections for MasterCard, VISA, and BancNet transactions within regulatory timeframes.
• Maintain and update lost or cancelled delinquent accounts in the MasterCard Account Management System (AMS).
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports required by card schemes and banking regulators.
• Coordinate with member banks, merchants, and internal departments to resolve disputes amicably.
• Monitor transactions for fraudulent activity, report suspicious cases, and support 24/7 fraud referral handling.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on reported fraud accounts and manage related mailbox communications.
• Generate monthly and quarterly MIS reports for management decision‑making.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for department functions and ensure compliance with Unibank policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to be assigned to the Makati office.
• Good communication skills for liaising with banks, merchants, and internal teams.
