Digital Marketing Specialist – Remote (Entry Level)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an entry‑level Digital Marketing Specialist to join its remote team. The role supports the end‑to‑end execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, providing hands‑on experience in ad operations while working under seasoned mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, traffic, launch and maintain digital campaigns on ad servers, buying platforms, social and search networks.
• Enter and maintain campaign data such as dates, budgets, targeting, creative assets, tracking URLs and naming conventions.
• Upload creative assets, implement and validate tags, pixels, click trackers and other measurement components.
• Conduct pre‑launch and post‑launch quality assurance checks against media plans and internal guidelines.
• Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend and performance indicators; flag and escalate any delivery issues.
• Prepare recurring reports, pacing summaries, screenshots and status updates using Excel.
• Support routine campaign revisions and optimisations under guidance.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable working with data and technology.
• Motivated to build a career in digital advertising.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome.
