Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance, Content & Social

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will act as a full‑stack growth driver, designing and optimizing user‑acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and social channels. Working onsite in Makati, you will directly influence FLIN’s pipeline for distressed consumer credit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an SEO and AI‑led content strategy targeting high‑intent financial keywords.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, long‑form blogs, and localized financial‑literacy material.
• Leverage LLMs (GPT‑4, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate content production and GEO optimization.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, handling creative testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
• Set up and audit multi‑channel conversion tracking using tools such as Appsflyer.
• Run continuous A/B testing and cohort optimization to lower CAC and improve lead quality.
• Lead social media strategy on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, producing short‑form video scripts and educational campaigns.
• Monitor social sentiment, engagement metrics, and lead attribution.
• Identify and onboard performance‑based affiliate and partnership partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack digital marketing within a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written communication for financial‑focused content.
