About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute and monitor digital campaigns for our brand. The role is based onsite in Quezon City with occasional remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimise strategies to improve ROI.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the target audience.
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts.
- Set targets and goals for campaigns based on historical data and industry standards.
- Produce regular reports on key metrics.
- Run paid advertising on Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, creativity and effective communication.
