Digital Marketing Specialist – Multi‑Channel Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth through data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of social, email, website and paid‑media initiatives that generate leads, sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences and growth opportunities.
• Create content calendars for social media, email and other digital channels.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Produce, publish and repurpose content across websites, social networks and email.
• Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
• Oversee SEO initiatives and website performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Proven track record managing both paid and organic campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• GA4 and other analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• SEO and website optimisation.
• Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and marketing automation (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
• Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Express).
• Project management tools (Asana, Trello).
• A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
• Link management (Bitly) and AI tools (ChatGPT).
