Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead growth initiatives for Mosaic Desktop. You will own user acquisition and retention campaigns, develop audience strategies, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth marketing initiatives focused on acquisition and retention.
• Develop audience targeting strategies through testing, surveys, and channel experiments.
• Manage campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, influencer/affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships.
• Guide creative development, messaging, and campaign positioning.
• Plan content calendars and prepare assets for launches and initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, preferably for consumer or prosumer software.
• Proven success driving user acquisition and retention through testing, segmentation, and optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics, CRM/email platforms, attribution tools, and ad platform reporting.
• Excellent written communication and project‑management abilities.
