About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our clients through data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns. The role focuses on generating leads, increasing sales, and boosting brand awareness across social media, email, websites, and paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
Create and manage content calendars for social media, email, and other digital channels.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Produce, publish, and repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creatives for campaign assets.
Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and refine campaigns for better ROI.
Manage SEO initiatives and website performance.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Required profile

Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Proven track record managing multi‑channel digital campaigns.
Hands‑on experience with both paid and organic marketing tactics.
