Digital Marketing Specialist (Australian Client – Day Shift)

About the role

Brainbox is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and continuously improve the marketing technology ecosystem for an Australian client. The role focuses on the corporate website, CRM, marketing automation, attribution, AI‑powered workflows and technical SEO to ensure measurable, scalable and commercially effective marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot (or comparable CRM) end‑to‑end, including campaign attribution, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, source tracking and reporting.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, governance and support sales/marketing users with CRM processes.
• Own the corporate WordPress website: develop new pages, landing pages, update content, maintain templates and ensure performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness and SEO compliance.
• Implement technical and on‑page SEO, optimise metadata, schema, internal linking and monitor Core Web Vitals.
• Build and maintain marketing automations between website, CRM, reporting and campaigns using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n or native integrations.
• Own marketing attribution and campaign tracking, produce reliable reporting on leads, pipeline influence and ROI.
• Drive AI adoption within marketing operations to reduce manual processes and build scalable systems.
