Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator you will drive customer acquisition, online engagement, and digital conversion across multiple marketing channels. You will own Meta and Google advertising programs, optimizing campaigns for return on ad spend, audience targeting, lead generation, and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Oversee Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing initiatives.
• Monitor Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Improve SEO performance across TomHarris.com and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
• Support TELUS EPP online sales portal by analyzing customer behavior and recommending improvements.
• Track website traffic sources, customer journeys, and drop‑off points to enhance digital performance.
• Assist with social media planning, content strategy, and audience growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and digital reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience improving online conversion rates and customer acquisition.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, or e‑commerce marketing is a plus.
