Digital Marketing Officer – MENA AI Solutions (Remote)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will boost the visibility of the AIGC brand across the MENA region while supporting commercial growth. Working remotely, you will design and execute targeted campaigns that align with quarterly sales cycles and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all markets and run awareness campaigns tied to sales objectives.
• Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure the brand appears in conversational searches.
• Create high‑impact designs and content for digital and traditional channels to support lead generation.
• Implement direct‑marketing initiatives (email, SMS, social media) and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to convert MQLs into new business.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with the Sales team, track ROI, and report on pipeline impact.
• Develop customer loyalty programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing the annual marketing budget and liaise with agencies and vendors.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and support internal events, webinars, newsletters, and PR activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Demonstrated experience supporting the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region.
