Digital Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives for a real‑estate brand, driving lead generation and customer acquisition across web, mobile, email and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Report digital strategies and performance to the CMO on an ongoing basis.
• Manage website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, e‑commerce, social media, mobile marketing and related tools such as Google Analytics and Adwords.
• Analyze data to optimise growth, conversion rates and overall platform performance.
• Coordinate with third‑party suppliers and internal departments, especially Sales, to meet monthly targets.
• Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines and is optimised for search engines.
• Implement and maintain marketing automation, CRM systems and other relevant technologies.
• Oversee creation of digital assets (text, images, multimedia) for campaigns.
• Maintain and grow the customer email database, optimise landing pages and user journeys.
• Track and report monthly digital metrics, ad spend and budget performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
