About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence and drive data‑driven campaigns that align with company objectives. The role combines strategic planning, performance analysis, and the use of AI tools to boost efficiency and results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and campaign strategies.
• Measure, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as ROI, CTR, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimise landing pages.
• Design, manage, and maintain social media profiles across multiple platforms.
• Oversee blog content creation and ensure alignment with brand voice.
• Analyse market and audience trends to generate actionable insights.
• Identify conversion drop‑off points and optimise user funnels.
• Drive website traffic growth with a target of doubling visits within one year.
• Apply industry best practices and leverage AI for content creation, campaign optimisation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand expectations and satisfaction.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Instagram Ads and similar online advertising platforms.
• Proficiency with AI‑powered content generation and optimisation tools.
• Experience using AI‑driven ad optimisation and audience‑targeting platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and automation tools that leverage machine learning.
