Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Growth Manager to generate qualified inbound leads, boost online sales and raise the digital visibility of our office‑supplies business. This is a full‑time remote position focused on B2B revenue growth rather than brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an inbound marketing strategy that delivers qualified B2B enquiries across multiple customer segments.
• Develop and optimise SEO, AEO and GEO strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, structured data and site architecture.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, landing‑page creation and email‑marketing automation to improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain lead‑generation funnels, lead scoring models and nurture workflows.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, paid‑media performance and revenue metrics, reporting insights to sales.
• Collaborate with sales teams to track leads from enquiry through to conversion.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B e‑commerce.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on generating qualified leads and revenue.
• Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, paid media, email, CRO).
