Digital Marketing Associate – Remote (Entry Level)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join its remote team. This entry‑level position supports the setup, launch, monitoring, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work under experienced mentors, gaining core Ad Operations skills while delivering accurate, timely work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, trafficking, launch, and ongoing maintenance of campaigns on ad servers, buying platforms, social and search platforms.
• Enter and maintain campaign details such as budgets, targeting, creative assets, tracking URLs, and naming conventions.
• Upload creative assets, implement and validate tags, pixels, and click trackers.
• Conduct pre‑launch and post‑launch quality assurance checks against approved instructions.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, spend, and performance indicators; identify and escalate issues.
• Prepare recurring reports, pacing summaries, screenshots, and status updates using Microsoft Excel.
• Support routine campaign revisions and optimizations under guidance.

• Detail‑oriented and organized, comfortable working with data and technology.
• Motivated to build a career in digital advertising.
• Open to learning and receiving training in Ad Operations.
