Digital Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, AI‑powered Digital Marketing Assistant and Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of multiple brands. This fully remote role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, using AI as the core engine for audits, strategy development, content creation, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AI‑driven social media audits, analyse performance data and develop growth‑focused strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Extract, organise and repurpose content from videos, transcripts and brand assets using AI tools; create visual assets in Canva and perform basic video editing with Opus Clip or similar platforms.
• Schedule, publish and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, leveraging automation tools to ensure consistency.
• Design end‑to‑end AI‑driven workflows, maintain prompt libraries, content frameworks and SOPs, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide administrative support including CRM management, email‑marketing campaigns, calendar coordination and digital filing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, taking full ownership of projects.
• Passion for AI‑first workflows and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑driven marketing tools for audits, strategy and content generation.
• Canva for creating visual assets.
• Opus Clip (or similar) for video editing and content repurposing.
• Scheduling and automation platforms for social media publishing.
