Digital Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑powered Digital Marketing Assistant who will own the social media presence of multiple brands. This fully remote position requires a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to turn ideas into high‑performing campaigns using AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AI‑based social media audits, analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and document platform‑specific strategies aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Create, schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok using automation tools.
• Extract, organise and repurpose video and transcript content with AI tools, building scalable content systems.
• Design visual assets in Canva and perform basic video editing with Opus Clip or similar platforms.
• Maintain KPI dashboards, report on performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Develop end‑to‑end AI workflows, prompt libraries and SOPs to automate repetitive tasks.
• Support CRM data management, email nurture campaigns and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑directed professional comfortable working independently.
• Strong ownership and initiative in a remote environment.
• Experience with AI‑first marketing workflows and data‑driven decision making.
