Digital Campaign Manager (Growth/CRM)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to lead growth and CRM initiatives for our e‑commerce platform in the Philippines. You will work across online marketing, regional and local teams to boost new‑user acquisition and improve buyer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive projects focused on new‑user growth, platform buyer expansion and CRM process optimisation.
• Conduct market studies, analyse data and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with online marketing, regional marketing and CRM teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Ensure existing growth and CRM processes are well documented, monitored and continuously improved.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests and administrative tasks related to campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or a similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Passion for the e‑commerce industry and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
