Digital Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Business Development Manager to drive growth of YMT’s advertising technology solutions across Southeast Asia. You will build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies and partners, promoting our display network, DSP and user‑acquisition platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies and potential partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Promote YMT’s products and services—including display network, DSP, and mobile user acquisition—to digital marketing agencies, direct brands and heads of marketing.
• Identify and evaluate advertisers, agencies and affiliate platforms, generating new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting and networking.
• Manage the sales pipeline, meet or exceed revenue targets, and provide regular performance reports with insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal creative, analytics and account‑management teams to ensure campaign success.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on trends and expand the professional network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as display networks and demand‑side platforms (DSP).
• Knowledge of user‑acquisition strategies and mobile acquisition tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, attribution and MMP/analytics tools.
• Understanding of CRM software and sales enablement tools.
