Digital Advertising Trainer

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Advertising Trainer to prepare new and existing staff for accurate, efficient, and compliant digital advertising operations. The role involves delivering classroom and virtual training, creating curriculum, and supporting learners during onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new‑hire, refresher, remedial and cross‑training for Ad Operations staff in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and team leads to design client‑specific and platform‑specific training, including practical exercises and campaign simulations.
• Adapt training pace to learner needs while emphasizing accuracy, quality assurance, information security and process compliance.
• Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids and assessments, ensuring version control and incorporation of process updates.
• Administer knowledge checks, evaluate practical performance, document results and provide actionable feedback.
• Assess production readiness, recommend advancement, additional coaching or remediation, and conduct skill‑set reviews for existing employees.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on Ad Operations experience.
• Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex operational processes into clear learning content.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and quality.
