About the role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our global engineering team within a leading financial services organization. The role focuses on driving automation, CI/CD maturity, and cloud transformation across enterprise‑scale systems in a hybrid (3 days onsite) setting at Bonifacio Global City.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for cloud and on‑premise environments.
- Promote DevOps adoption and implement automation best practices.
- Support microservices architectures using containers and serverless technologies.
- Automate environment provisioning, logging, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, cloud and platform teams.
- Engage with vendors and tooling providers to improve delivery efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong background in DevOps or platform engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native environments, preferably AWS.
- Proven experience with CI/CD and automation tooling.
- Familiarity with containers and microservices architectures.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
Required skills
- AWS (including EKS and Linux environments)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK
- Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash, Groovy
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)
- CI/CD pipeline tools and automation
- Agile/DevOps delivery practices
