DevOps Engineer – CX

About the role

NiCE is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its Build and Deploy team in the Philippines. You will design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools that enable global engineering teams to deliver software reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Build and support software‑defined infrastructure solutions using IaC tools.
• Coordinate build and release activities with internal engineering stakeholders.
• Implement automated quality gates and release controls.
• Research, evaluate and prototype new technologies to improve DevOps processes.
• Promote DevOps best practices across engineering, operations and other technical teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of build systems, deployment pipelines and source control platforms.
• Provide occasional off‑hours support for scheduled releases or critical incidents.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with Git‑based source control (preferably GitHub).
• 1+ year of scripting experience in Python, Shell or similar languages.
• 1+ year of experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• 1+ year of experience with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of code promotion, build automation and branching strategies.
• Experience building Docker containers and supporting Docker‑based microservices.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS and .NET deployment patterns.
• Excellent English communication for collaboration across global time zones.
