Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to deliver end‑user technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of workplace IT services. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues while providing timely support to users on‑site in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for desktop hardware, including PCs, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows operating system incidents, including domain access and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot internet browsers and Office applications, handling configuration and user support.
• Support antivirus operations, verify client functionality and updates.
• Resolve VPN connectivity issues, including Zscaler support.
• Assist users with Microsoft Teams setup and troubleshoot video‑conferencing problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain business and standard software on workstations.
• Support mobile device enrollment through the company portal.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 account‑related issues.
• Resolve incidents related to data storage, server availability, printers, and copiers.
• Record, track, and update support incidents to ensure timely resolution and high customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing first‑line desktop support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, domain management, and user permissions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot VPN solutions, particularly Zscaler.
• Experience with antivirus management and hardware peripherals.
