Design Technician – Revit & AutoCAD (Hydraulic & Fire Services)

About the role

We are seeking a Design Technician to support the hydraulic and fire services design team, working directly with senior designers to produce Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for various building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed Revit models for hydraulic and fire services systems.
• Maintain model accuracy and coordinate with architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Create and manage views, sheets, and schedules.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Revit standards.
• Prepare documentation packages from concept through construction issue.
• Update drawings according to engineer mark‑ups and maintain drawing quality.
• Prepare plotting and sheet‑issue packages.
• Support designers with production and documentation workloads.
• Coordinate revisions and drawing updates to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on modeling or drafting experience.
• Advanced Revit modelling and AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow documented procedures.
• Proficient understanding of BIM workflows.
