Delegate Coordinator

About the role

IQVIA is hiring a Delegate Coordinator in Pasig City. Under guidance, the role controls the report generation process and provides daily guidance and support to clients, or acts as a specialist on specific products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contract fulfillment to specifications for basic and routine reports for defined customers.
• Review client data requirements with internal resources so that deliverables meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality.
• Follow IQVIA data verification protocols.
• Research, analyze and respond to routine client inquiries.
• Support the team in client service meetings at customer sites.
• May produce ad-hoc studies on demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of related work experience required.
• Experience in an IQVIA role preferred; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, written and oral.
• Problem-solving, analytical and strong customer service skills.
• Amenable to working in Ortigas (hybrid) and willing to work a shifting schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel.
