Data Engineer – Hybrid (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our hybrid team in Cagayan De Oro. You will build and maintain robust data pipelines that power our analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Optimize data architectures to support reporting and analytics.
• Integrate data from diverse sources while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement monitoring, validation, and performance tuning for efficient data processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server.
• Hands‑on experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Airflow, dbt).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java or Scala).
