Data Analyst/Scientist – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

Join a fast‑growing semiconductor manufacturing team to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with process engineers and operations staff to build data‑driven solutions that improve factory performance and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, databases, and analytics platforms for semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Analyze large manufacturing datasets to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support business decision‑making.
• Develop predictive models, dashboards, reporting tools, and automation solutions to enhance factory performance.
• Collaborate with process engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to translate operational challenges into data‑driven solutions.
• Support integration between manufacturing systems, databases, MES platforms, and digital applications.
• Participate in digitalization, AI, automation, and smart manufacturing initiatives while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
