Data Analyst – Fresh Graduate (Business Development)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Fresh Graduate Data Analyst to support our Business Development team. You will turn client and market data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, cross‑selling, and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret client financials, engagement history, industry trends and news to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and visualizations that track client growth, engagement and revenue performance.
• Design client segmentation models based on revenue potential, behavior and engagement trends.
• Lead data collection and analysis of client satisfaction surveys and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across business development systems.
• Provide data‑backed support for proposals, win/loss analysis, pipeline conversion and performance reporting.
• Produce high‑quality reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Strong foundation in data analytics, reporting and data visualization.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
