Customer Success Manager – Hybrid (Manila)

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary liaison between CiviCom and its clients, ensuring a seamless experience and driving ongoing product adoption. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with remote engagement to support customers throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Drive recurring product usage by delivering timely, knowledgeable support.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product expertise.
• Manage the end‑to‑end customer journey, from onboarding to renewal.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in call‑centre or SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on‑site and remote tasks.
