Customer Success Analyst I

About the role

The Customer Success Analyst I will join relx’s Customer Success team in Manila, supporting exhibitors throughout the event lifecycle. Working closely with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing and Operations, the analyst ensures a seamless and valuable experience for each exhibitor.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post‑sales exhibitor support and drive loyalty and repeat bookings.
• Follow the 5‑touchpoint engagement flow, attend event kick‑offs and manage timely onboarding.
• Assist the full sales cycle—from prospecting and nurturing to closing, upselling and negotiating.
• Guide exhibitors in completing their profiles on the Atlas dashboard and facilitate matchmaking.
• Record all outreach activities in Salesforce and schedule subsequent touchpoints.
• Provide navigation of the Exhibitor Manual and resolve badge registration issues.
• Identify opportunities to promote digital products and value‑added services.
• Own the account management of each exhibitor to align with their business goals.
• Understand and communicate the features of the Emperia lead‑retrieval product before and after events.

Required profile

• Strong selling and account‑management capabilities across the full customer journey.
• Ability to analyze and organize data for account health checks and revenue risk management.
• Facilitation and presentation skills for effective stakeholder communication.
• Experience designing and executing multi‑channel campaign journeys.
• Understanding of web development, optimization and creative design principles.
