Customer Service Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Training Specialist to lead the onboarding and development of new e‑commerce team members. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that equip hires with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate one‑on‑one and group training sessions via Zoom.
• Teach company policies, processes, tools, and best practices to new hires.
• Deliver training on customer‑service platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, Freshdesk, and Shopify.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and learning resources using Canva, Trainual, Moodle, and Loom.
• Participate in New Team Member Onboarding Week and lead assigned sessions.
• Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and continuously improve the curriculum.

Required profile

• 3–5 years BPO experience in customer service.
• 1–2 years experience delivering customer‑service training.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable collaborating through Gmail, Slack, and other remote tools.
