Customer Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual) – Onsite

About the role

Snapscale is looking for a motivated, Spanish‑bilingual professional to join its on‑site team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate insurance, appointments, and electronic health records.

Key responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance information and assist with eligibility checks.
• Enroll new patients and update existing records in the EMR/EHR system.
• Answer inbound calls, schedule or reschedule appointments, and handle outbound outreach.
• Respond promptly to patient emails and text messages.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in a Spanish‑bilingual account.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Comfortable working with U.S.‑based clinics and physicians.
• Strong empathy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to start immediately.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR systems.
• Experience with EHR platforms.
