About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance through phone, email and live chat, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email and chat.
- Answer inquiries about products, services and order status.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and issues promptly.
- Record all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Work closely with colleagues to improve service efficiency and overall satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Fresh graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in customer service.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Experience with scheduling or call‑centre operations is a plus.
