Customer Service Representative I

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative I who will handle inbound inquiries, listen to customer issues, and provide innovative, policy‑aligned solutions while leveraging strong product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or e‑mail, delivering non‑technical problem resolution.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust through open, interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product/client information.
• Work independently within established procedures for the role.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (four‑year college course).
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with customers at all times.
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Customer Service Foundation Program certification.
