Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its Metro Manila office. The position is full-time and operates under a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site duties with remote work. The CSR will be part of the call-centre and customer service team, delivering support to clients while also managing logistical aspects of meetings. This blended role offers the opportunity to work directly with internal and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for venue, food & beverage, and audio-visual vendors, handling all communications related to meeting logistics.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the logistical details of meetings to ensure they are successful and compliant with company standards.
• Provide customer service through call-centre channels, addressing inquiries and delivering timely assistance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call-centre environments.
• Experience coordinating with venue, catering, and audio-visual vendors for events.
