Customer Service Representative – Home Warranty (Onsite)

About the role

ClearSource is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the Home Warranty team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their home appliance warranty, helping them resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with internal and external customers, contractors, and business partners to resolve service issues.
• Discuss covered and non‑covered items on calls, including out‑of‑pocket costs.
• Send emails and collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support.
• Manage recalls, open dispatch tickets, and handle pre‑appointment work orders.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls, aiming to retain dissatisfied customers.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for the Home Warranty campaign, answering coverage and account questions.
• Process billing inquiries and payments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑support role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to listen, empathize, and deliver timely, accurate solutions.
