Customer Service Representative – Healthcare (Spanish Bilingual)

About the role

We are hiring Spanish‑bilingual Customer Service Representatives to assist customers in the healthcare sector. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving concerns in both Spanish and English, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in Spanish and English.
• Provide professional, timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Accurately record interactions and updates in the system.
• Follow company guidelines, processes, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of call‑center or care‑work experience (healthcare experience preferred but not required).
• Strong empathy for delicate healthcare situations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• High emotional intelligence and calmness under pressure.
• Active listening with ability to capture key points.
• Residence in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, or Bulacan.
• Reliable wired internet (≥25 Mbps download / ≥10 Mbps upload).
