Join Fusion CX as a Customer Service Representative – Financial in Cebu, supporting customers through the payday loan approval process. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear, caring guidance and ensuring a professional yet friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, embodying company values with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Engage customers on inbound and outbound calls, assisting with loan-related inquiries and ensuring they understand the process.
• Establish rapport by offering personalized support to help customers secure loan approval.
• Accurately process customer information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Continuously update knowledge of company services and processes.
• Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls and high call volumes.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm for accurate documentation.
• Excellent attendance and professional approach to meeting targets.
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to change.
• Team player who can thrive in high‑pressure environments.

Required skills

• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• High school graduate (Senior High School).
• Background in financial services is a plus.
