Customer Service Representative – Entry Level (Pasay City)

About the role

EXL Service is seeking enthusiastic college graduates to join its Customer Service team at the MOA Complex in Pasay City. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain service level standards and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Open to recent college graduates.
• No prior BPO experience required.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Complete government statutory numbers (SSS, Pag‑ibig, PhilHealth, TIN) for onboarding.
• Available to work on‑site in Pasay City, Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
