EXL Service (Exlservice Holdings) is a global analytics and digital solutions company that partners with leading organisations in insurance, healthcare, banking and media. The company is hiring entry‑level Customer Service Representatives to work at its MOA Complex in Pasay City. This position is open to recent college graduates, does not require previous BPO experience, and focuses on delivering excellent service to clients in English.

Required profile

• Open to college graduates – no prior BPO experience needed.
• Strong English communication skills for handling customer interactions.
• Possession of complete government statutory numbers (SSS, Pag‑ibig, PhilHealth & TIN) to enable faster onboarding.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the MOA Complex in Pasay City.
