About the role
We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our after‑sales service team. In this role you will ensure the delivery of top‑tier customer service while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team dedicated to after‑sales support, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Align team activities with defined metrics and KPIs to drive performance.
- Manage workload and operational goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Oversee change initiatives and maintain service quality during transitions.
- Develop, coach, and upskill team members to enhance capabilities.
Required profile
- College graduate with a degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of managerial and operations experience within the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational targets.
